Alex Ragland is from Cincinnati, Ohio. She received her B.A. from Georgetown University in 2023, double majoring in Government and Theology & Religious Studies with a minor in Environmental Studies. Alex worked at Notre Dame Law School’s Exoneration Justice Clinic during her 1L summer, and is continuing to work at the clinic through her 2L and 3L year. Last summer, she worked at the Hamilton County Public Defender’s Office. She is the former Vice President of Notre Dame’s Environmental Law Society and the President of the Death Penalty Abolition Society. Outside of law school, Alex enjoys reading, spending time with her dogs, and going on long walks in nature.
