Charlotte Tuohy is from Tampa, Florida.  She received her B.A. from the University of Florida (go gators) and her M.A. in Higher Education from the University of Kentucky.  During her 1L summer, Charlotte externed with Judge David Francisco in the St.  Joseph Superior Court.  She also studied at Bucerius Law School through Notre Dame’s Hamburg Honors Scholars Program.  She is a longtime summer camp counselor, an AR in Howard Hall, and an ultimate frisbee player here on campus.  Charlotte looks forward to spending her 2L summer at Winston & Strawn in Chicago.
